Polaris Moves To Dunwoody

Polaris Marketing Research, Inc., a full-service marketing research firm located in Sandy Springs for the past five years, has moved its headquarters to a larger space in suburban Atlanta.

The new address of Polaris is 1455 Lincoln Parkway, Suite 320, Atlanta, GA 30346.

Polaris founder and owner Jan E. Carlson said the Dunwoody location will be a “very accommodating larger office space” that will “make our responsiveness to our clients’ needs that much more timely, accurate and substantive.”

In order to maximize client service throughout the move, the marketing research firm closed its office only one business day during the transition. In synch with prior planning, Polaris’ online interactive reporting system, www.stattrac.com, was suspended temporarily and was returned to full functionality by Monday, Aug. 29. Polaris’ twice-monthly newsletter, MR Perspectives, skipped only one edition on Aug. 25 and resumed publication on Sept. 8. 

Founded by Carlson in 1989, Polaris specializes in consumer and business customer satisfaction and loyalty measurement programs, with state-of-the-art online interactive reporting, interviewing and data collection, quantitative and qualitative research expertise and personalized project management.

Polaris is affiliated with the Council of American Survey Research Organizations, the American Marketing Association and the American Society for Quality.
